'Game changer'

Overall the system is a real game changer for us and we are still getting to grips with how to use it. We are gradually building the ways we use AideCRM and are also really pleased with how we are able to integrate it into our new website. i am a real advocate of AIDE and happy to recommend it to others working in a similar way.

Apart from being a usable, reliable CRM, it provided the basis of our Rushmoor Link community directory. We needed a single point of access to info about groups and activities in Rushmoor. The tool was needed to be available to professionals and public alike. We now have a fabulous directory which receives an average of 2,864 views and attracts 1,000 users per month.

I have found working with AideCRM a positive experience in that the team are patient and listen to our questions and give full answers. I am also reassured that it is regularly checked from a cyber security perspective, and that data security is a top priority for AideCRM. Also I think that Aide understand the sort of work that a CVS does.

Generally the interface is very clear and user friendly, especially compared to our old CRM. There's some great features which really enhance our work. The support response time is very good and feel the team understand the sector well.

Setting up of our Wellbeing within AideCRM was particularly useful  - done in short order but has evolved into a very useful tool. Our membership within AideCRM has been invaluable in enabling us to expand our reach through merger and keep tabs on everyone we're working with across a larger area.
